Spectator Info

Here you will find the most important information for visitors to the 2026 Munich International Junior Regatta.

  • Entry is free of charge. Accreditation is not required.
  • A car park is located behind the grandstand (see site plan no. 14). Please note: If you do not order a parking pass through MAX, you must pay separately on-site for each parking session via the parking operator’s online portal or at the payment machine at the grandstand parking lot. In this case, the cost is €1 per hour, up to a maximum of €8, depending on entry and exit times and duration of stay. Vehicles without a valid registered license plate and without payment online or at the9 2026 Munich International Junior Regatta payment machine will be charged €40 (€60 for non-German vehicles) by the parking operator, which will be enforced against the vehicle owner.
  • The regatta centre is also connected by public transport via the Dachau (S2) or Oberschleißheim (S1) S-Bahn stops and the X201 bus service. The bus runs every 20 minutes on Saturday and every 60 minutes on Sunday. You can find the timetable for the X201 line here. For general information on public transport, please refer to the website of the Munich Transport and Tariff Association MVV.
  • The large grandstand is unfortunately closed during events for fire safety reasons! Spectators can use the natural grandstand (see site plan no. 15) or the green area in front of the large grandstand at the award ceremony (see site plan no. 13).
  • The road on the west side of the water basin (opposite the large grandstand) can be used by pedestrians. The road on the east side (finish tower side) is closed to pedestrians and cyclists.
  • Cycling on the course is reserved for the organisation team and coaches during the regatta.
  • There is a stand in the area of the finish tower where visitors can purchase drinks, snacks and sandwiches. (See site plan no. 11)
  • Public toilets can be found on the ground floor of the regatta building (see site plan no. 12) as well as in the administration building (see site plan no. 8) and at the Munich Beach Resort to the south.
